Refund Policy (on-line purchases)
Thank you for choosing to travel with Community Connexions.
As long as you give us more than 24 hours’ notice you may cancel your travel arrangements and receive a full refund.
We will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Any over-charges will be refunded in full.
With less than 24 hours’ notice there will be a charge of the full cost of the journey.
If however there are extenuating circumstances the company may vary this charge on a case by case basis.
We’re sorry but registration fees cannot be refunded.
