Donate to Community Connexions

Every donation helps us keep people moving – especially those who have no other way of getting to the places that matter most.

Support Community Connexions

For many of our passengers, our charity is their only route to shopping, hospital appointments, social groups, and seeing loved ones. One supporter put it perfectly:

“I gave you a donation because people need transport! Nowadays you can’t rely on friends and family to take you where you need to go.”

If you’d like to donate directly, you can use the donation box below. Thank you – your generosity genuinely changes lives.

Other ways to donate

Volunteer car drivers come from all backgrounds and walks of life. You use your own car, and we cover your expenses. You can give as little or as much time as you like — we’ll match journeys to your location and availability. Full training and ongoing support are provided.

Donate while you shop (and it won’t cost you a penny)

Easy Fundraising is one of the simplest ways to support us, and it’s completely free.

Just nominate Community Connexions at easyfundraising.org.uk, then:
1. Visit easyfundraising before you shop online
2. Choose the retailer you want
3. Check out as normal

Each purchase earns a small donation for us — and these tiny contributions really add up. Supporters have already raised over £2,500 this way!

Leave a gift in your will

A gift in your will helps us keep our services running far into the future.

Legacy donations allow us to plan ahead and continue supporting people who would otherwise have no transport options.

You can leave:
• A financial donation
• A specific item or gift — including vehicles

Leaving a car to Community Connexions can make things easier for loved ones, too. We take care of the valuation and decide whether it can be used by our volunteer drivers or sold to support our wider service.

Making donations count

We make every donation count. For example, in 2010 a legacy gift from Mr Taylor enabled us to purchase three accessible vehicles. When they eventually reached the end of their working life, we sold them and used the proceeds to keep the rest of our fleet on the road.
